How easy is it to get started with PushPay?
Easy, peasy, lemon squeezy! Logging into Pushpay is just a click of a button,
then enter your mobile phone number and receive a text message with a security code.
When should I start using PushPay?
As soon as possible, please.
SecureGive will be discontinued on January 30, 2025.
What do I need to do with my SecureGive account?
You do not need to do anything with your SecureGive account
unless you use SecureGive for automatic recurring giving.
If you use the automatic recurring feature, please follow these key steps:
1) Sign in to SecureGive (click button below).
2) Click your User Account Icon in the top right corner.
3) Select "Recurring Transactions".
4) Find the donation you want to cancel and click "Cancel".
5) Confirm your cancellation in the pop-up window.
If you have any difficulty, contact Troy Watson at 240-472-3182 to disable your recurring donation.
How can I retrieve my giving information from SecureGive once Emory stops using it?
All of your donation information is stored in CCB and you can retrieve it at any time.
You can also log in to your SecureGive account to review your past donations until 1/30/2025.
